The Cluster International Career Centre (ClICC) brings together early career support across the five locations of the Africa Multiple Cluster of Excellence. Building on the strengths and expertise of each partner institution, ClICC aims to provide coordinated training, mentoring and professional development for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. Its shared approach focuses on inclusivity, visibility, international mobility and collaboration, while strengthening joint training opportunities and preparing early career scholars with the skills they need for their future careers.
